Hanover Insurance Group/Citizens Insurance honors Sterling Insurance Group with national award for results in 2018
Sterling Insurance Group has been named the National Personal Lines Agency of the Year by The Hanover Insurance Group; the leading carrier of property and casualty insurance for businesses and individuals in the United States.
In a post on LinkedIn, The Hanover Insurance Group shared a photo of Sterling Insurance Group Vice President, Paul Mattes, with Hanover leadership with the following caption:
“Congratulations to Sterling Insurance Group, recently recognized as our National Personal Lines Agency of the Year at our annual President’s Club event. Thank you for all you do for your customers.”
Award criteria
Sterling Insurance Group was chosen as the top Personal Lines Agency from over 2,500 agencies across the country. The award was based on Sterling’s overall results with Hanover/Citizens in 2018 in the following categories:
- New business growth
- Business mix
- Customer retention
- Involvement in the community
Sterling Insurance Group was recognized at Hanover’s annual President’s Club event on Wed., May 1, 2019.
